Husk Barbeque, located in the heart of downtown Greenville’s West End neighborhood, is a taste of Southern cuisine through the time-honored traditions of low-and-slow smoked meats. Grown from the roots of our sister restaurant and Southern icon, Husk, we apply that same quality and passion to a menu focused on smoked meats, fried chicken, sandwiches and burgers, snacks, and Southern sides.



Catering, Events
& Boxed Lunches
Bringing the ‘que to you, we offer a variety of drop-off and take out options for groups small and large. Our catering menu includes individually boxed lunch selections, seasonal party packs for effortless entertaining, family-style packages priced per person, as well as options to order a la carte or in bulk by the pint or by the pound. Our upstairs dining room requires a full restaurant buyout for evening events up to 60 guests, but is available to book Tuesday – Friday for group dining or private parties until 3pm. Travis Armour
General Manager
General Manager Travis Armour is the head of our Husk Barbeque team, leading day-to-day operations and keeping our wheels turning. A long-time member of the Husk family, Armour has worked in all facets of front-of-house, with an expertise of Southern hospitality and providing a superior guest experience.

David Jensen
Executive Chef – Pitmaster
A South Carolina native, Executive Chef and Pitmaster David “Dave” Jensen embraces the Husk Barbeque philosophy of showcasing wood-smoking techniques and Southern-sourced ingredients. Previously Sous Chef and Butcher at Husk Charleston, Jensen has a vast knowledge of meat, butchery, and smoking techniques.
